Terms of Service

The terms on which Skarb lets you use the service, and how payment and subscriptions work. By using Skarb you accept them. The API and MCP have a section of their own at the end, accepted separately.

Version of 23.10.2026.

Who we are

Skarb (skarb.dev) is a service made and sold by Skarb. The agreement for using Skarb is between you and Skarb. Write to [email protected] or to the bot @nickcatinvestbot.

What Skarb is

Skarb is software for private investors: a portfolio across brokers and exchanges, charts, alerts, calculators, a diary and analytics — scores, signals, a trade check. Skarb only reads the data you connect or enter: it cannot trade or move money. All content reflects the author’s personal opinion and is not financial advice. The author is not responsible for your investment decisions. Any investment involves the risk of partial or total loss of capital. Scores, signals and analyses are general information, not investment, legal or tax advice.

Your account

An account is created by the first sign-in, through Telegram or Google; a passkey can be added later. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens in your account: do not share your sign-in, and keep the Telegram and email you sign in with under your control. You can delete the account with everything in it at any time — see Privacy.

Plans

Base is free, and it is the trial too: there is no separate trial period. Pro and Ultra are paid; their prices and limits are on the Pricing page. A subscription to the private channel also gives Pro. A plan lasts until the end of the paid period; when it ends, the account moves to Base and the data stays. Prices are in USD; paying by card, the tax is already inside the price. A new price applies to new purchases: a card subscription renews at the price it was taken at.

Payment

By card. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our card orders: it sells the subscription, takes the payment, handles tax, issues the receipt and makes refunds. Card purchases are also covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. A card subscription renews by itself at the end of each period until it is cancelled. Cancel it in Paddle's customer portal, through the “Manage subscription” button in Skarb's settings, under Subscription; the plan lasts until the end of the paid period. Pro moves to Ultra right away, with Paddle charging the difference for the days left; Ultra to Pro and monthly to yearly go by cancelling and buying again after the period ends. A promo code and the first-month discount apply to the first payment; renewals are at the full price. By crypto — through NOWPayments, prepaid for a month or a year, with no renewal; we remind you a week before the period ends. The first month's discount, a code for the first period and the channel's credit on moving to Ultra apply to one payment: if several invoices with them are paid, the later ones count as days of the plan at its full price. Through Tribute — in Telegram: the channel subscription and the plans renew and are cancelled in Tribute, under its rules.

Refunds

The first card payment can be refunded within 14 days, renewals under Paddle's refund policy. Payments by crypto and through Tribute are not refunded. Details on the Refunds page.

What you may not do

Break the law with Skarb; defraud, spam or impersonate anyone; infringe the rights of others, including to data and content; interfere with Skarb — break in, overload it, get around its protection, limits and quotas, including with several accounts; pull Skarb's data with scripts outside the API; resell, publish or build into other services Skarb's data, calculations, scores and signals. Skarb is for personal use.

Your data and connections

Your trades, notes and settings are yours. You let Skarb store and process them so the service works, as described in Privacy. Give a broker or exchange key the fewest rights it needs — reading is enough for Skarb; following your broker's and exchange's terms is up to you. Skarb takes market data from third-party sources. It arrives with a delay and may contain errors, so it is provided as is.

Skarb's rights

Skarb — its code, design, texts and the method behind its scores and signals — belongs to Skarb. A subscription gives the right to use the service, not rights to it.

Availability

Skarb tries to run without interruptions or errors, but does not promise to. Features and plan limits change; a paid period is not shortened by that.

Suspension and closure

Skarb may limit or close access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for non-payment, for fraud, or for a threat to the security of the service or other people. You may stop using Skarb at any time and delete your account.

Liability

Skarb is not liable for investment decisions made on its data and calculations, nor for losses from interruptions, data errors or failures of third-party services. Otherwise Skarb's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. This does not limit the rights the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes

These terms may change: a new version appears on this page with a new date. By using Skarb after that, you accept the new version.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Card purchases are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. This does not take away consumer rights under the law of the country you live in. We will first try to settle a dispute by email.

Use of the Skarb API and MCP

  1. Access over the API and MCP is given to you personally, to work with your own data in Skarb. One person, one account; tokens are not to be passed to anybody else.
  2. Use is non-commercial. Data, calculations, scores and signals received over the API or MCP may not be resold, published, shown to others or built into other products and services, nor used to build services for other people. For commercial use, write to us: contacts.
  3. Limits and quotas may not be worked around, several accounts may not be used to get past them, and the data received may not be used to reconstruct how Skarb calculates.
  4. Scores, signals and calculations are information, not investment advice. The data is provided as is, with no warranty of completeness or accuracy. The decisions and their consequences are yours.
  5. Data received over the API is subject to the terms of the third-party sources Skarb uses; raw data of third-party sources is not provided over the API.
  6. We may change the limits, what the API offers and these terms, suspend access and revoke tokens when these terms are broken or the service is put at risk. Material changes are announced on this page.
  7. Data sent over the API is processed and stored like the rest of your data (see Privacy) and is deleted with the account.
  8. Version of the terms: 2026-10.
