Refunds
How to get money back for Skarb, for each way of paying.

By card — through Paddle
The first card payment can be refunded within 14 days of the payment — from any country, with no reason needed. Refunds are made by Paddle, our online reseller and Merchant of Record: request one through the link in Paddle's receipt or at paddle.net — “Request refund”, or write to us at [email protected]. Renewals are refunded under Paddle's refund policy. It does not take away the rights the law gives — such as 14 days to withdraw in the EU and the UK.
After a refund
A full refund or a chargeback ends the paid period at once and cancels the subscription, so it does not charge again: the plan ends, the data stays. After a partial refund the plan lasts until the end of the period.
Cancelling is not a refund
Cancelling a card subscription stops the renewal: the plan lasts until the end of the paid period. Cancelling alone returns no money — for that, request a refund as above. Cancel in Paddle's customer portal: the “Manage subscription” button in Skarb's settings, under Subscription.
By crypto
Paying by crypto through NOWPayments is prepaid for a month or a year, with no renewal; we remind you a week before the period ends. It is not refunded.
Through Tribute
A subscription through Tribute in Telegram renews and is cancelled in Tribute. It is not refunded.
